What is Life Coaching?

In each coaching session, you choose the focus of conversation, while I listen and contribute observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action.

Coaching accelerates your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where you are now and what you are willing to do to get where you want to be in the future.

Coaching is not therapy and if a client needs the services of a therapist, not a coach, I will request that they seek that services. A client may work with me while working with a therapist if they choose to do so.
