What is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)?

How do you do EFT?
EFT can be administered in two ways. First, a coach or practiontioner works with you to show the correct steps in the process. Additionaly a coach will be able to assist you in getting to the deeper issues that you may not be able to reach by yourself. Once you have learned the EFT process, you can use it anytime you feel the need to address a particular issue.
