Testimonials

"Coaching with Linda has been an extremely rewarding experience. With her guidance, I was able to quickly focus on those areas of my life that I wanted to change and improve. Her outstanding listening skills were a real asset in getting to the heart of the matter in a very compassionate way. What we accomplished in a very short time, has been nothing short of amazing!"

Penny Johnson

"I came to coaching with a bit of apprehension. I wasn't sure that it was the right choice for me. I knew that I wanted to change "something" in how I lived my life, but I just didn't know what that something was. With Linda's guidance and experience, I was able to focus on three important goals and then set out a plan to realize my dream of starting my own business. Thank you Linda for your focused coaching and caring spirit."

What I Offer

I offer a caring partnership that fosters learning and growth. Coaching accelerates your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice and concentrates on where you are now and what you are willing to do to get where you want to be in the future.
In each coaching session, you choose the focus of conversation while I listen and contribute observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into focused action.

When you change your beliefs, you change your words. When you change your words, you change your life.

Changing your belief changes the world around you. The most intriguing thing about belief is that the moment you begin to believe in something, it instantly begins coming true. When you think success, you speak success with every word.

Are you ready for coaching?

Answer "yes" or "no" to these ten statements if you're thinking about getting a coach:
1. I look at the coaching process as an investment in myself. I view it as a long-term approach to creating changes in my life. I am not looking for a quick fix.

2. I am ready to do the work necessary to get me where I want to be, and I am open to being coached.

3. I am willing to replace attitudes and behaviors that are creating a barrier to my success.

4. I accept responsibility for my actions and will not expect the coach to “fix” me. I know I am the only one who can make change happen.

5. I have adequate funds to pay for coaching. I view coaching as a worthwhile investment in me, not an expense. I will not allow finances to be a barrier to coaching.

6. I am willing and able to be completely truthful with my coach, and I am ready to hear the truth even if it is uncomfortable.

7. Coaching is the appropriate process for the changes I want to make (as opposed to therapy or a 12-step program).

8. I am able to commit the time needed to make and keep scheduled coaching appointments and to do the field work my coach asks of me.

9. I am open to trying new things when my coach asks me, even if they arena’t completely comfortable or I’am not convinced they will make a difference.

10. This is the right time in my life for me to accept coaching.

Now score yourself. If you answered “no” to two or more questions, you will need to make some adjustments, either in your lifestyle or in your expectations of coaching, before coaching will be fully effective.
